Multicultural with small backstories to justify the item being on the menu. So like steaks, cold sandwiches, soups, hoagies. Then randomly you go the the desserts and find Red Bean Buns brought in by a merchant from a far away continent. lol.
Honestly I haven't really put a ton of thought into it yet. The idea I was playing around with is creating a menu that will consist of no more than 15 items (not including any seasonal specials of course)
So a small menu means less for the cooks to learn but as a result I expect the food to come out looking like a piece of art.
